Watching Jacinda Ardern give her farewell speech in the NZ parliament, I was moved by her inspiring words and reflected on what a truly authentic leader she is. For me she is an example of a human with heart, a leader with empathy and a decision maker with conviction. I hope she inspires people irrespective of race, gender or social economic backgrounds to be more, do more and dare to dream.
This concept of authenticity also rings true for the roasters that have joined us on the Acuratore journey. They have inspired me with their passion and convictions to do better and do right by others. They have been patient teachers, guiding me and providing sage advice and they live their values of fairness, environment first and inclusivity each and every day. I am grateful to have met such an incredible group of human beings.
