This coffee comes from the Serra do Cabral plateau, a stunning region in the Chapada de Minas in the central north of the Minas Gerais State in Brazil. Its high altitude, mild climate, flat terrain and plentiful water makes ideal conditions for growing coffee. This nutty coffee can be enjoyed as an espresso or filter.
