SNGL ORGN - Honduras Yahaira Yosely - Finca La Benedición (Espresso Roast)

Yahaira's foray into coffee began at the age of 18 when she inherited a small coffee plot from her father, allowing her to put into practice everything that she had learned from watching her parents produce coffee over the previous decade.

At the ages of 26 Yahaira and her husband bought a farm, naming the farm Finca La Benedición (The Blessing) as they believed it to be a blessing to be able to be involved in coffee.

Yahaira chooses to employ organic farming practices as experience has shown her that this greatly improves soil health and leads to higher quality coffee beans. These practices include new composting methods, organic foliage and silt.

Yahaira’s vision for Finca La Benedición is to produce high quality coffees with a great cup profile, and to sell them at a local and international level.
