This coffee is from Finca La Esperanza in Urrao, Antioquia, grown by Sandra Maria Arboleda. The coffee cherries are hand-picked, washed, and fermented for 72 hours, then sun-dried for 2-3 weeks. The process creates a light, sweet, citrusy taste, leading to an apricot-jammy body with a cocoa finish. This coffee is complex and clean, making it super easy to drink and enjoy.
