Los Ocobos is a collective of smallholders located near Ibague in the renowned coffee-growing region of Tolima. Named after the local native Ocobos tree that blooms twice yearly, the region benefits from ideal growing conditions and microclimates due to the nearby Nevado Del Tolima volcano. With altitudes reaching up to 2,100 meters above sea level, it gives the coffee cherries more time to mature, resulting in a higher acidity and more complexity in the cup.
