This decaf comprises of two coffees from Monte Cristo Estate in Honduras and La Fantasia, Colombia. The coffee has been roasted two ways to satisfy both the filter and espresso lovers out there. 

The light roast is showing tasting notes of gingerbread, golden syrup and blackberries whilst the medium roast is all molasses, cocoa powder and plum jam.

As a roaster, Monastery Coffee feel it is their role to firstly, roast only to preserve and highlight the individual qualities inherent in each coffee due to the meticulous work of the producers, and secondly, to make sure the consumer knows who the producers are and where the coffee came from.
