This single origin coffee from Colombia is recommended for milk based beverages. Wilton Benitez comes from a family of coffee farmers and producers in Piendamo, Colombia and has dedicated himself to learning and practising the complex process of fermentation with his coffee. This is a washed coffee but has been fermented for 68 hours and dried for 88 hours. While still considered a single origin coffee, this is a regional lot which means it is a mix of different varietals Wilton grows on his farm.

Artem Coffee

Artem Coffee was established in 2017. The name Artem has it's roots in Greek mythology and is derived from Artemis, the Goddess of the Moon. The complementary symbol to the Moon (feminine) is the Sun (masculine), symbolising the two founders in their logo.

Artem coffee had humble beginnings as a coffee cart serving coffees at markets and events around Perth. Opening their first pop-up café in Fremantle and soon after it's first flagship café in Perth. More recently, they have opened a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop in Highgate.

Their goal is to consistently roast and serve the best tasting coffee with the intent of providing a memorable experience for all their customers.
